CHILI CHEESE DOG CASSEROLE - Don't Lose This



[22:08, 16/09/2021] Sara: An easy and quick treat that will appeal to young and old alike. And then for a football night it is just right!


* INGREDIENTS

° Corn kernels 200 g
° Olive oil 2 tbsp
° Sugar 80 g
° Semi-salted butter 30 g

* PREPERATION

1Pour the oil in a saucepan and add the corn kernels to it. Covering  shake the pan time or 2 during cooking & stop as soon as all grains have burst.With a glass cover, you can better monitor the "hatch" and also have an ear to hear the end of the "pop"! Pour popcorn to bowl.
2Pour diced sugar & butter in  pan, heat on heat. Stirring to distribute sugar rqually & let it melt. Blend 2 or 3 times.
To finish
When the mixture turns amber (caramel color), immediately pour over the popcorn and mix. Distribute on a plate to cool for a few minutes. Enjoy !

Your  family will like this Cheese Chili Dog Casserole!Easy food made with chili cheese & baked bread with crumbly golden crust!

* Ingredients
 
° 1 (8 oz) roll can crescent
° 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
° 5 sausage
° 4 cups beef chili (I used my own chili recipe)

* Directions :

Preheat oven 375 degrees.
Lay the crescent leaves into triangles.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly over the triangles of crescent dough, then wrap each triangle around the hot dog.
Pour chili into a 9" x 13" baking dish.
Place the cabbage hot dog over the chili in the baking dish, spreading evenly.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
