Chicken stuffed breast with cheddar cheese & broccoli

The recipe for chicken breast stuffed with vegetables and cheese (Very easy!)

* Ingredients :

° 3 large chicken breasts
° Salt and pepper
° 1 and a half teaspoon garlic powder
° 1/4 teaspoon paprika
° 1 c (250 mL) broccoli, cutting to small florets
° 1/2 c (125 mL) dice bell red pepper
° 1 cup (250 mL) cheddar cheese
° 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
° 2 tablespoons of olive oil

* Preperation :

Preheat oven 425 ° F (218 ° C).
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika and 1/2 teaspoon of the garlic powder.
Use a knife and slice the chicken breast in half, but not all the way to the end to create a pocket.
In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients (except the oil).
Insert the mixture into the chicken breasts and use a toothpick to hold in place.
In an ovenproof saucepan, add olive oil and heat over high heat on the ring of the stove. Sear chicken on both sides.
Cover with foil and send to the oven for 15 to 17 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165 ° F.
Let stand 5 minutes and eat.
