° 2 teaspoons of cornstarch
° 1 teaspoon baking soda, pinch salt, optional and to taste

* Preparation steps:
1.In a bowl, combine the unsalted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg and vanilla. Mix using an electric mixer until a creamy and frothy mixture is obtained, about 5 minutes.
2. Stop blending, scrape the sides of the bowl and stir in the cream, flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Mix on low speed until blended, about 1 minute.
