BUTTER BISCUITS - Don't Lose This



This easy-to-make butter cookie recipe is made with just three ingredients: butter, milk, and our favorite cooking shortcut, Bisquick ™️ Mix. With just 11 minutes of prep time and less than 11 min of baking, this recipe is so simple that you might want to make a second batch of classic butter cookies for the dinner table. &, if you're looking to save even more time, you can skip knead step & baking easy cookies instead.

* Ingredients :

° 2 cups packed all-purpose flour (if using self-rising flour, leave out the baking powder and salt)
° 1 tablespoon baking powder (leave if using self-rising flour)
° 1 teaspoon salt (leave if using self-rising flour)
° ½ cup salted butter, cut into small pieces (if using unsalted, add ½ teaspoon more salt than above)
° 1 cup milk (regular or milk)


* Directions :

Heaat oven 400 degrees f .

In  mixing bowl, blend flour,powder baking, & salt. Adding butter to small piieces.

Using your hands (or a pastry mixer), mix the flour and butter mixture until the butter is about the size of a pea and the mixture is crumbly.

Pour in the milk and mix with a wooden spoon until well combined, being careful not to over-mix.

Flip onto a floured surface and roll out the dough to about an inch.

Cut the cookies with a cookie cutter or cookie cutter. Add each to an un-greased cookie sheet or cast iron skillet. Make sure the biscuits touch at a higher height while baking.

Baking about 10 min or to browned.
