Sweet Potato Pie!!!


This is a tried and true recipe!! If you need to meet the candy age, you can't pass incorrectly here. This is the way my mother has always done it, but provide me with a risk that it may not help you get off !

The best sweet potato pie recipe! Made with a delicious, buttery pie crust and sweet potato pie filling sweetened to perfection, then you can choose whipped cream or fried marshmallows, I in no way measured the sweet potato pies, I baked the sweet potatoes and used 2 extra-jumbo pieces.

Use a fork to knead directly into a ball. If you want a pumpkin pie, you may like the sweet potato pie that tastes very similar, but this recipe uses sparkling candy potatoes (instead of canned pumpkin) and consists of brown butter until you recognize it. Be good! To assemble this recipe, you may want the following ingredients :
 
* Ingredients :

° 1 pancake dough
° 2 medium sweet potatoes (about 1-1/2 pounds), peeled and diced
° 1/3 cup soft butter
° 1/2 cup sugar
° 2 large eggs, at room temperature, lightly whisked
° 3/4 cup evaporated milk
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
° 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
° 1/4 teaspoon salt
 
* Directions  :

 The oven turns 425 degrees. On a surface lightly sprinkled with flour, roll dough into 1/8-inch-thick circle; Transfer to a 9-inch pie plate. Trim the rind to 1/2 inch. go over the edge of the plate; edge of the flute. Keep in the fridge even while preparing the filling

Put sweet potatoes in a medium saucepan. Add water to cover. Boil the mixture. Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, until softened, 13-15 minutes. Drain the potatoes back into the skillet. Mash until very smooth. Cool to room temperature.

 
In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Add milk, 2 cups mashed potatoes, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well. Pour into the crust. Bake for 15 minutes. reduce the heat to 350 degrees; Bake until set or knife inserted inside comes out clean, 35-40 minutes. Cool on a twine rack. Refrigerate leftovers.
