Raspberry Cheesecake Bars



Raspberry Cheesecake Bars These creamy white chocolate bars are faster and easier than full cheesecake.raspberry cheesecake bars are the perfect dessert, topped with layers of fresh, homemade raspberry sauce. Bake in a 9 '' square skillet on an Oreo cookie base covered with real white chocolate.

* Ingredients :

+ For crust:
° 1 ½ c graham crackers
° 1/3 c granulated sugar
° 6 tsp. melt butter
+ To assemble cheesecake:
° Sixteen ounces. Full fat soft cream cheese
° 1 lemon, grated
° 1/4 cup granulated sugar
° 1/4 cup sour cream
° 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
° 1 half tsp. extract vanilla
° 2 eggs
+ to fill in:
° 1 strawberry pie filling field

* Directions :

Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8" x 8" baking tray with parchment paper and set to side.Place the wholemeal crackers, sugar, and ghee in a small bowl and stir.

Press down on the baking sheet to form a crust and bake for eight minutes.Whisk together the cream cheese, lemon zest, sugar, sour cream, flour and vanilla extract while the pie is cooling.

Finally, break the eggs and pour the mixture into the skillet.Pour blueberries over the cheesecake in small circles and use a knife to form circles.

Bake for 35 minutes and let cool completely before placing in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
