* ingredients :
° Avocado slices (optional)
° sour cream (optional)
° Half a small olive can be sliced if needed
° 1-2 tomatoes, diced according to size
° 1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shredded lettuce
° 1 packet of taco seasoning
° 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)
° Two crescent roll tubes
* Directions:
Step 1: Display two crescent pastry cubes and let the thick sides go in. Remember to use some of the remaining crescent rolls to make the middle thicker,
Step 2: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Step 3: Brown the meat. To achieve this, use 1 pound of ground beef, onions, garlic, peppers, tomatoes, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Then mix green peppers, beef, onion and garlic in a large saucepan. Cook and stir the beef while it is still browning, then you can add other ingredients and simmer for a few minutes and set aside. By the way, a 4.5 ounce can of chopped green peppers from El Paso can be added to the beef mixture
Step 4: Place the beef in a circle inside the crescent roll. Separate them into eight triangles. You can place each in an ungreased 9-inch square pan or better on a 10-inch pie plate. Press the bottom of the rolls as well as the tops to form a crust.
Step 5: Add cheese to the top and pull up the crescent roll while tucking in the meat and cheese. You can also add tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, and your tacos in the middle, too.
Step 6: Bake for 20-25 minutes, then until the crust is deep golden brown and the cheese has already melted. You can serve it hot with a topping of tomatoes, lettuce, extra sour cream, avocado slices, or salsa.

Expert tips for this recipe
First, cook the meat filling well and allow it to cool slightly before rolling out the crescent dough. Always place the filling in an even pile to enclose the center hole, this will leave plenty of dough to coat as well. You can use a table knife or a small spoon to prick the dough well.
Give the dough a glossy finish by brushing it with an egg previously beaten with a spoonful of water before placing it in the oven. If you don't like minced meat, you can replace it with minced chicken
Enjoy !
