*Pasta-Shells-with-Ground-Beef*



A quick/simple ground beef recipe, this pasta will be on the table all week! Very creamy and very comfortable!I can't tell you that I ate pasta 13 times.

No. This is clearly a live fryer type dinner. Just grab the fork and dig in.

All that creamy sauce.The perfectly chopped ground beef absorbs every drop of this delicious cream.
Ah, I can't even talk about this anymore because now I need to do this for dinner. a second. For the fourteenth time.

* ingredients:

° 8 ounces medium pasta peel
° 1 tablespoon olive oil
° 1 pound minced meat
° 1/2 medium onion, diced
° 2 cloves minced garlic
° 1 1/2 tsp Italian season
° 2 tsp allpurpose flour
° 2 c beef broth
° 1 can tomato sauce (15 ounces)
° 3/4 cup heavy cream
° Salt Kosher & fresh pepper black , to taste
° 6 ounces shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese, about 1 1/2 cups

* Directions :

Cook the pasta in a saucepan filled with salt water according to the instructions on the package; drain well.Heaat oil in saucepan on heat.Add ground beef and cook until light brown, about 35 minutes. When cooking the meat, be sure to chop the meat; let the excess fat drain out. Sit aside.Add the onion to the pan and cook for 23 minutes, stirring constantly, until it is translucent.Add garlic and Italian seasoning for aromatic, 1 minute.Beat the flour until golden brown, 1 minute.Gradually add beef broth and tomato sauce.Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 68 minutes, until it is reduced and slightly thickened.Add the pasta, meat, and cream until hot, about 12 minutes; season with salt and pepper. Stir cheese until melted, about 2 minutes.
Feet it right away.
