Mini Peach Cobbler 🍑🍑🍑

The more I make little sweets, the more I like them. It's so convenient to search for a single serving of cookies, brownies, cheesecake, cake and even pie! And I don't know what they are about but the mini sweets taste better too! This peach cobbler is just another way to case more of those. Jam, juice, caramel, cinnamon dotted peaches topped with buttery, gooey but biscuit.
Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream when it's warm from the oven and you'll wonder why we don't all make cobblers all day!

* ingredients :

+cobbler mix
° 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
° 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
° 1/8 cup granulated sugar
° 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
° a pinch of salt
° 1/8 cup milk
° 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
+peach mix
° 1 cup chopped peaches
° 1/8 cup granulated sugar
+other
°  2 scoop vanilla ice cream or more!

* Methods

Heat oven 350 degrees F .
Prepare two 6-ounce ramekin salads by adding 1 tablespoon butter to each ramekin. Bring it to the preheated oven to melt the butter. Remove it immediately once it melts (it should only take a few minutes).
In a small bowl, combine all of the dry cobbler mixture -- flour, 1/8 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
Dig a hole in the middle of the dry mixture and add the wet mixture - the milk and the extra vanilla. Mix until there are no lumps in the mixture.
In another bowl, mix peach slices with 1/8 cup sugar.
Divide the peach mixture evenly into two small salads. Then placed over the two salads with a layer of cobbler.
Place ramekin molds on a baking tray or cookie sheet to avoid dripping onto the bottom of the oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Then grill for 3 minutes to brown the top (optional).
Cool for 5-10 minutes.

Serve with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
