Easy Quiche Recipe




This simple quiche recipe begins with a finished cake crust, but no one needs to know!It is filled with ham, cheese and green onions, making it the perfect light breakfast or dinner!

You can really add anything you want to this easy recipe—other vegetables, different cheeses or seasonings—but ham and cheese are our favorite way to do it. I don't know about you, but we love eggs at any meal of the day here. We'll make any excuse to enjoy it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and this easy quiche recipe bridges the gap between the three. I love keeping quiche recipes easy, and serving them with pretty fruit or a lovely fresh salad!

* ingredients :

° 1 refrigerated pie crust
° 6 large eggs
° 3/4 cup milk or cream
° 3/4 teaspoon salt
° 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
° 1 cup minced cooked pork
° 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, divided
° 3 tablespoons green onion

* Directions :

Preheat oven 375 degrees F .
Roll out pie crust and press into a 9-round dish, crimping top edges if desired.
In a bowl, beat jointly eggs, milk, salt, & pepper.
Sprinkle ham, 1 cup cheese, and green onions into pie crust and pour egg mixture over it. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of the cheese over the egg mixture.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the center is completely set. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
