Butter Pecan Cookies Recipe

° Pecans: 3/4 cup (chopped)
° Un-salted butter, room temperature: 1/2 c (1 stick, 112 g)
° Sugar: 1/3 c (70 g)
° Vanilla: 1 tsp
° Salt: 1/8 tsp
° Allpurpose flour: 1 c (140 g)

Step 1:
For cookie dough, use an electric mixer to beat the butter for about 60 seconds.Then you need to add 1/3 cup sugar to the blender until it turns on, which takes about every 60 seconds.Well, mix the vanilla, salt, and flour together and scrape the sides of the bowl until the batter is mixed and folded into nuts.

Step 2:  Be sure to roll it into balls and divide the dough into 12 portions.Don't forget to squeeze the ball from the dough.Place them on a baking sheet three centimeters apart.
