Beef liver & onion

To prepare this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

° Half a cup of flour.
° 1 pound of beef liver.
° Half a cup of butter.
° Half a teaspoon of salt.
° teaspoon pepper.
° oil. 
° 1-2 tsps fresh chopp sage. 
° 2 cups finely chopped onions.
° Half a cup of beef broth.
° 1 tsp chopp Italian parsley.
° Half a glass of dry white wine.

* Directions :

In a bag, mix the flour, salt, and pepper together, then place the liver (cut into half-inch slices) in the bag and shake well to coat.Melt 2-3 tablespoons of butter and a little butter in a pan, then fry the onions over medium heat.In the same saucepan, melt 34 tablespoons of butter and a little butter on high heat, then add the liver and stir.Cooking 5 min , stir constantly.Add the onion to the liver, heat and put in a bowl.Coat the saucepan with broth and wine, and simmer until a thick sauce is formed.
Pour the mixture over the liver and onions and sprinkle with parsley.
