TRIPLE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE

 


Triple chocolate mousse cake is an amazing combination of chocolate cake, chocolate fudge, chocolate mousse and white chocolate! Smooth, creamy layers of mousse on top of a rich, moist cake. It is wonderful!

* You will need:

# For cakes:
° eggs: 5 pieces
° powdered sugar: 150 g
° Wheat flour: 135 g
° Unsweetened cocoa powder: 15 g
# For ganache:
 ° Full liquid cream: 20 cl
° Dark chocolate: 200 grams
# for glaze:
° Peanut oil: 8 cl
° Dark chocolate: 150 grams

* Soft butter: 10 grams
° Wheat flour: 10 g
* Enough for 6 people

* How to make it :
 
# for cookie:
1. The first thing you need to do is to heat the oven to 200 °C (67), then add the butter and flour to the pan.  2.Next, you need to mix the flour and cocoa powder together.   3.Boil the eggs and sugar with a blender until the mixture is very foamy and has tripled in volume.   4. And please mix flour and cocoa mixture into powder with Marie's help.Pour the cake into the pan immediately.  5. After it is cooked, bake it at 200 ° C for 20 minutes. Leave it completely cool.

# for ganache:
1.You will receive a salad bowl and put it in the chocolate chips.  2.Put the cream in a saucepan and boil.Be sure to pour half on top of the chocolate chunks. Now that the chocolate is melted, gently stir, starting in the center of the bowl and working toward the edges.
 
3. Add the rest cream.Always remember to calm down.  # Ice cream:  1. You will want to melt the chocolate in the oil in a double boiler.

# to decorate
1.After cooling completely, cut into 3 slices.Make sure to put a layer of ganache between each cake slice.Finally apply a layer of ganache.Now you can pour the hot side dish on top and use it to cover the whole cake.  2.Let the cream set in a cool place.I always provide  spare parts.
