Crispy fried fish with spices

It is best cooked and can only be paired with a variety of spicy curries and rice.When my mother made delicious curry fish, I was looking for fried fish.It has the best texture and taste I am looking for. This is one smooth dish and you could strive it with any fish fillet and it's far the high-quality facet dish.I don't think you will regret it!

* Ingredients:

° 2 haddock fillet (or fish of your choice) °
° 1 teaspoon ground cumin
° salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika° half teaspoon crimson pepper powder
+For the dough:
° 1 cup self-elevating flour
° 2 tablespoons corn flour (upload cornmeal to get a extra crunchy combination)
° 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
° Salt, to season
° 250ml bloodless soda water or bloodless beer - approx
° frying oil

* Steps :

Prepare the fish through soaking it in spices.The cover and mixture are cooked and set aside.
TimeIn a blending bowl we upload the components for the dry combination. Add salt and whisk together.
Make a hollow withinside the center through including the liquid.Use a hand blender or stir with a fork to form a thick mixture.Wait five minutes for the oil to heat up and fry.When the oil is hot enough, you can start frying.The oil must be specially heated to 190°C.Soak the marinated fish in the mixture for three to four minutes, until smooth and cool, or until crispy and golden brown.Put it on a tray of paper.Repeat for the last portion of fish. If you fry a lot of fish, I recommend heating the oil between each portion of fish.Enjoy french fries, potato wedges or salad.If you are like me, dip it in hot sauce.

Enjoy !
