Chicken and Biscuit Casserole – You will like this recipe !

 


Little did you know that for the past few days, I've been preparing you for something amazing: chicken and crackers.Creamy and soothing casserole, this healthy chicken and biscuit recipe features chicken cakes and fluffy homemade biscuits. Exactly where we should all be hanging out now.

* Ingredients :

° 1/4 cup butter
° 2 cloves minced garlic
° 1/2 cup chopped onion
° 1/2 cup chopped celery
° 1/2 cup chopped small carrots
° 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
° 2 teaspoons of white sugar
° 1 teaspoon salt
° 1 teaspoon dried basil
° 1/2 teaspoon  black pepper 
° 4 cups chicken broth1 (10 ounces) can peas, drained
° 4 cups diced cooked chicken
° ° 2 cups curd bread mix
° 2 teaspoons dried basil
° 2/3 cup milk

* Directione :

 Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).Lubricate the 9"x 13" baking pan with some oil.Melting butter in a PAN on to rise heat.Boil the garlic, onion, celery, and carrots in butter until soft.Blend  sugar, salt, Flour, 1 tsp of dried basil also pepper.Add the broth and bring to a boil.Stirring minimize, simmer for 1 minute, reduce heat, & adding peas.Cook on low heat for 5 minutes, then add chicken.Transfering mix to prepared baking sheet.In a bowl, mixing baking mixture with 2 tsps of dried basil.Adding milk to making a paste.Divide the dough into 6-8 balls. On floured wax paper, use your palms to flatten each ball of dough into a round shape; Place over the chicken mixture.Baking in a preheaated oven about 30 min .Covering with foil also bake for another 10 min . To serving pour chicken mixture on crackers.
