Cheesy Shrimp Tortellini Alfredo Skillet Recipe

 

 


Cheesy Skillet Shrimp And Tortellini Made Of Jumbo Shrimp With Cheese Tortellini In A Tomato Basil Alfredo Sauce.
As you all know, I do not consume seafood, now no longer even shrimp, however now and again  Last week I became beneathneath the climate so maximum of my food consisted of soup. 
 
As the weekend approached, I became beginning to experience a touch better, and I I finally have enough electricity to cook for my relatives.They ate frozen leftovers and any other food they could find and cooked them quickly (they also ate a lot of soup!).
I determined it became a terrific day to expend the frozen shrimp I had and on account that I sold a few tortellini while it became on sale recently.

* Ingredients :

° 1 pound cheese tortellini
° 1 pound jumbo shrimp, wiped clean and drained
° 2 tbsp. ghee
° 1 plum tomato, diced
° 1 tbsp. chopped clean basil
° 2 cloves minced garlic
° 2 tsp. Prepared radish
° 1 tbsp. All-motive flour
° half c. heavy cream
° 1/four c.Grated Pecorino Romano cheese  
° kosher salt to taste
° Freshly floor black pepper, to taste

* instructions :

Cook tortellini in step with bundle directions; sink.
