BAKED GARLIC PARMESAN POTATO WEDGES RECIPE

 


Parmesan Garlic Roasted French Fries These easy-to-make fries are our favorite!I usually prefer sweet foods to savoury foods, but I imagine a plate of fries and I find it hard to resist one or two...or large ones.Our children like French fries.Put a plate of French fries in front of him, no one will look at him.You will eat them and pour ketchup on their cute faces.Our favorite is the potato sticks baked with parmesan cheese and garlic.

* Ingredients: 

° 6 big bitter potatoes, 
° 1/4 cup olive oil
°  1 tsp chopped garlic teaspoons garlic powder)  
° 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
° 2 teaspoons salt (to your taste)
° 1 teaspoon paprika
° 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
° 2/3 cup finely grated or grated Parmesan cheese, divided
° 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

* instructions :

Heat the oven to 200°C.Sprinkle parchment paper on a 2-quart baking sheet; sit forward.Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then in half lengthwise, and then in half lengthwise, until you have 8 wedges.Combine oil, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder in a small saucepan.Pour the oil mixture on the potatoes and stir until completely covered.Placing  potato slices layer by layer on a baking sheet, skin side down.If necessary, sprinkle with half of Parmesan cheese and salt.Bake for 35 minutes, turning the slices during the baking process until they are golden brown, crispy and fluffy.Sprinkle with remaining parsley and Parmesan cheese and serve.
