LET'S MAKE IT :

1. To start off the recipe, you'll need to Combine the cornmeal, flour, salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder and onion powder together in a gallon size zip-lock bag and shake well.

2. After that, you need to clean lobster tails while keeping tail in the shell then set aside.

3. Then you're going to get a deep fryer or large, deep skillet such as a cast iron pan and heat in vegetable oil (the oil needs to reach 365 degrees).

4. Make sure half of the lobster tails is placed in the bag. Always remember to shake well to coat the tails complete. Alright, go ahead and remove tails, set on a rack over a tray to catch any drippings and keep the work area clean. And yes, go ahead and repeat with remaining tails.

5. Finally, deep fry one lobster tail by one in the oil until lightly browned, it takes around 4 minutes. And please let fried tails dry on paper towels.
