QUICK & EASY FRUIT AND DIP

 



Hello guys, it’s me agaaain!!! Today, I decided to share with you a successful, healthy, and easy-to-make dipping option for fresh fruits!! It might be useful for those looking for a tasty treat that won't ruin their diet! 

I still have a fruit bowl or tray on hand for the kids. My husband still jokes on me, telling me that all I have to do is throw out a bag of chips and call it a day. 

However, making the healthier choice open helps me feel stronger. If they see the fruit, I still hope they can pause and add a couple of bits to their plate as well. This time, I applied a little extra enticement by serving Fruit Dip with a fruit tray. It was a big success, but I'm not sure whether it was more popular with the kids or the adults! 

Needless to say, it's a quick and easy recipe that only requires four simple ingredients that everyone has in their pantry!!
 
TO MAKE IT, YOU’LL NEED: 

– 1 Cup.Of honey. 
– A sachet of 40 grams.Of CarnationBreakfastEssentials®, I used the classic French Vanilla. 

– 1/2 Cup.Of cinnamon powder.

– 1 small spoon.Of vanilla yogurt. 

DIRECTIONS:
 
– Step 1: It’s so easy to make, all you need to do is mixing all ingredients together in a medium bowl, except the cinnamon powder. 

– Step 2: After that, you need to beat the mixture using an electric mixer, until you have a creamy and smooth mixture. 

– Step 3: Following that, you’ll need to sprinkle the cinnamon powder over it. 

– Step 4: And, we’re done!!! You can serve it now with your favorite fresh fruits!!
