GRANDMA’S COUNTRY WHITE BREAD

This homemade bread is still a family tradition, and it's so easy to make thanks to my grandmother's great recipe. It's simpler than you thought to make bread!

Today I'm so happy to share my Grandma's great bread recipe with you! I can't believe it's taken me this long to post her recipe on the internet. Making bread intimidates me, but I knew it was time to give it a shot. As the bread baked and the delicious scent filled the kitchen, so many memories came flooding back to me. When we went to see her, I recall her always having fresh warm bread ready for us. She sliced it up as quickly as she could. This bread turned out just as I remembered it. It's completely fluffy and reminds me of Grandma Sycamores' beloved bread!

I'm here to reassure you that if I can do it, you certainly can too! Don't be afraid of making your own homemade bread. It's simpler than you thought! For you to get the perfect handmade every time, I've added all of the best tips and tricks.

This bread falls together quickly and easily with these basic ingredients that you probably already have on hand. If you need to check the temperature of the warm water, a thermometer is an excellent way to ensure that it is not too hot or too cold. The easiest way to find out is to use a thermometer. It's also important to check the yeast to make sure it's safe.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR THIS HOMEMADE BREAD:

– 5 to 6 Cups.Of bread flour.

– Two cups and Half.Of warm water; The temperature of the water should be between 105 and 115 degrees Fahrenheit.

– 1/4 Cup.Of softened butter.

– 1 large spoon.Of dry active yeast.

– 1 large spoon.Of sugar.

– 2 small spoons.Of salt.

METHOD OF WORK:

1 – Initially, you’ll need a big mixing tub; pour in a half-cup of warm water, and combine the yeast and sugar in a mixing bowl.

2 – Then you need to allow for 5 minutes for the yeast to react. If it doesn't, toss it out and go get some fresh yeast.

3 – After that, combine the remaining water and half of the flour in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Combine the remaining flour, salt, and butter in a mixing bowl.

4 – And using your stand mixer whisk well and knead for about eight minutes, then you need to form a ball, and return it to the bowl. Cover it and set it aside for 1.5 hours, until it has doubled in size.

5 – Grease two 4x8-inch loaf pans well. Knead the dough again for a few minutes after deflating it with your hand.

6 – Place the molds in the oven. Cover and allow to grow for another hour. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit = 190 degrees Celsius.

7 – Place the grid in the middle, and bake at 350 degrees F for around 30 to 35 minutes.

8 – And to finish, you need to leave them to rest and there you have it! The first is good to eat, and the second freeze well.

I hope you’ll try my grandma’s homemade bread recipe, it looks SUPER delicious, and its smell that you can smell in every corner in your home!!!
ENJOY IT!
