Dry them well with paper towels before

* Ingredients
° 20 chicken wings
° 60 ml peri-peri sauce
° 60 ml tomato sauce
° 4 tablespoons of oil
° 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper
° 1 tablespoon brown sugar
° 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
° 2 tablespoons of hot pepper flakes
* Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Whisk until sugar dissolves.
Cover the chicken in half of the sauce and
cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 25 minutes.
When the chicken is done, remove the wings
from the oven, use tongs to turn them, brush them with the remaining sauce, and
cook for another 10 minutes.
