No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert

 



What a delicious no-fuss dessert that takes only minutes to prepare !!! Seriousely, this gorgeous cake will become an instant hit in your house !! Give it a go , so you could really pretend you're on a deserted island ⛱ LOL !!!



WHAT YOU NEED : 



#FILLING:



- Cream cheese: 8 oz (softened)


- Whipped topping: 8 oz tub 


- Crushed pineapple: 14-16 oz large can (drained)


- Confectioner’s sugar: 3/4 cup 


- Pineapple chunks: 1/2 cup 


- Shredded coconut: 1/2 cup (for topping)



#CRUST:



- Graham cracker crumbs: 1 1/2 cups 


- Sugar: 1/3 cup 


- Butter melted: 1/2 cup 




HOW TO MAKE IT : 




1. For crust, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and sugar, then add the melted butter and stir to combine well. Press into a 8 x 8- or 9 x 9-inch pan.




2. For filling, beat the softened cream cheese and confectioner’s sugar in a large bowl until very smooth




3. Make sure to beat in the tub of whipped topping. And please fold in the drained pineapple.




4. The filling should be spread on top of crust at this stage. Okay now, top with pineapple chunks and sprinkle with coconut.




5. Finally, chill very well for no lees than 4 hours, or overnight
