school cafes.
But when you make it with love (and a few
simple tips), this classic snack quickly becomes a family favorite.
What makes the difference between a dry and
cute loaf of meat versus a delicious and savory loaf ?

right.
They use lean beef, fried vegetables, Ritz
butter crackers, sharp cheddar cheese, eggs, milk, and a delicious topping made
with ketchup and brown sugar.
Plus, there are some trade secrets that
ensure your meatloaf turns soft and juicy. We will reveal these shortly.
* Ingredients :
° 2 eggs
° 2/3 cup milk
° 32 Ritz Biscuits, crushed
° 1/2 cup chopped onion
° 4 ounces of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
° 1 teaspoon salt
° 1/4 teaspoon pepper
° 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
° 1/2 cup ketchup
° 1/2 cup brown sugar
° 1 teaspoon mustard
* directions :
Preheat oven to 350.
Egg shaking. Add milk and biscuits. Stir in
onions and cheese. Add ground meat. Mix well. Loaf shaped.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Mixing Ketchup, Brown sugar also mustard to
making a garnish. Pour half the amount of topping over the meatloaf 30 minutes
after baking. Return the loaf to the oven for another 10 minutes of baking.
Pour the rest of the topping over the meatloaf, return to the oven and bake for
another 5-10 minutes.
